Order Cancellations:

• Order cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made after this period may result in the forfeiture of your payment.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or direct message.

Order Changes:

• Any changes to your order must be requested at least 48 hours before pick-up. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Pick-Up Times:

• Pick-up times are strictly scheduled and will be communicated to you during the week of collection.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your scheduled pick-up, we may not be able to release your order at that time. In such cases, an alternative pick-up time will need to be arranged, subject to availability.

Order Satisfaction:

• Upon pick-up, you agree that you are satisfied with your order and that no further adjustments are required.

Liability After Collection or Delivery:

• Once your order has been collected or delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur while the item is in your care or at the venue.
• Should accidental damage occur, you may request an emergency call-out service. We will make every effort to restore the cake to its original presentation, subject to an agreed-upon call-out fee.

Design Variations:

• While we make every effort to create cakes that closely match your inspiration photos or design requests, please understand that slight variations may occur.
• If a specific color, decoration, or material is unavailable, we reserve the right to make suitable substitutions to ensure the best possible result.
• As an independent decorator, I do not offer exact replicas of other decorators' work but will strive to deliver a beautiful cake that captures the spirit of your request.

Decorative Elements:

• Any non-edible items provided with your cake (such as plastic figurines, toys, fresh flowers, or handcrafted sugar elements) are intended for decorative purposes only and should not be consumed.
• Some decorations may contain wires, toothpicks, or other structural supports that could pose a hazard if ingested.

Refund Policy:

• If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. In order to assess the situation and consider a potential refund, the cake must be refrigerated or frozen and returned to us on the next business day.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion, based on the condition of the returned item and the nature of the complaint.

Allergen Disclaimer:

• Our cakes are made in a kitchen where nuts and other allergens are present. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely allergen-free.

Agreement to Terms:

• By placing an order and/or paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
