How far in advance do I need to order?

We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance. However, the earlier you book, the better—our availability can fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons!

Do you deliver cakes?

At this time, cakes are available for pick-up only. However, wedding cakes may be eligible for delivery, depending on the location. If you require delivery for a wedding cake, please fill out the Wedding Cake Enquiry form to get started.

How long will my cake last?

For the best taste and texture, cakes are best enjoyed on the day of collection. However, they will stay fresh for 3-4 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. If needed, cakes can also be frozen for up to three months in an airtight container.

When will my Postal Box be sent?

Postal Boxes are dispatched on Thursdays via next-day delivery with DPD. To ensure your order is sent on time, please place your order before11:59 PM on Tuesdays.

How long will my Postal Box items keep?

For optimal freshness, Postal Box treats are best consumed within 3-4 days after dispatch. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze them for up to three months. Please note that brownies and blondies tend to stay fresh longer than cookies.
